For Dr. Joseph Yale, Dr. Katie McClendon, Dr. Kathleen (Kat) Corbin, and our team, few things are as rewarding as a child’s bright and happy smile. We endeavor to provide each child we see with individualized care in a warm, fun, and supportive environment.
- Our practice — Yale Pediatric Dentistry — sees only infants, children, teens, and special needs individuals. We are the only full-time pediatric dental practice in the area and can handle any dental need a child may have with expert care. We have served our community since 2009 and look forward to serving generations more!
- Ours is a family-oriented and kid-friendly space, filled with lots of laughter. We believe that kids should feel free to be just that — kids — and we encourage them to relax and feel at home during visits. We’ve designed our office to appeal to kids, with a fun bayou theme and lots of interactive elements. Our day is made when a child tells us he or she can’t wait to come back and visit!
- Our doctors and staff are kind, friendly, creative, and very patient. We understand that kids can be anxious in a new environment, so we take plenty of time to help them adjust to the new surroundings. If that means crouching on the floor to chat about superheroes, princesses, or a family pet, not only will we do it, we’ll enjoy the exchange!
- Our whole team knows that good oral health starts at home. Although we provide preventive care, and treatment to address clinical issues, it is important that parents and families are educated about dental health and wellness. Every family has its own situation and each child their own concerns, so we offer personalized guidance and education. Covering everything from establishing good dental hygiene routines to nutrition, we ensure families understand the importance of oral health and how to maintain it between visits!
