Dr. Joe Yale
Dr. Joe Yale received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Harding University in 2001. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2005. During his time at LSUSD, Dr. Yale was awarded the Pediatric Dental Award. Dr. Yale received his postgraduate training in Pediatrc Dentistry at LSUSD and The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Memphis, TN. He graduated from the LSUSD Pediatric Dentistry Program in 2007. Dr. Yale has a passion for dental missions. He has participated in dental mission trips to Jamaica, Guyana, and Mexico. In 2009, Dr. Yale opened Yale Pediatric Dentistry in Denham Springs, LA.
Dr. Yale is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association.
Dr. Yale enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. Dr. Yale and his wife Jennifer have two daughters, Anna Kate and Avery Grace.
Dr. Katie McClendon
Dr. Katie McClendon received her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 2008. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 2012. During her time in dental school, Dr. McClendon discovered her passion for treating children. She continued her pediatric education at LSU School of Dentistry and Children’s Hospital New Orleans, completing a two-year pediatric residency program in 2014. Dr. McClendon is a board certified pediatric dentist. She is on staff at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital.
Dr. McClendon maintains active membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the New Orleans Dental Association.
Dr. McClendon is a Baton Rouge native and enjoys traveling and supporting LSU athletics. Geaux Tigers!
Dr. Kristoffer Norbo
Dr. Kristoffer Norbo, a native of Virginia, carries on a family tradition of promoting dental health as a second generation dentist. He found his calling in pediatric dentistry after spending many years as a coach for youth hockey and volunteer for Special Olympics. His involvement with Mission of Mercy projects showed the impact he could have on children, making dental visits fun and educational at the same time. As a pediatric dentist, his goal is to help children form positive dental habits at an early age, leading them a lifetime of oral health.
Dr. Norbo completed his undergraduate degree at Hampden-Sydney College, and then went on to Virginia Commonwealth University to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery. His post-doctoral training was completed at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, where he received a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and Masters in the Science of Dentistry.
Dr. Norbo is currently board-eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of many organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Dental Education, Virginia Dental Association, and the American Dental Political Action Committee. He has also dedicated time to Give Kids a Smile.
Dr. Norbo recently moved back to area with his wife, Ashley, and looks forward to getting reestablished in the community. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, the outdoors, traveling with his wife, and spending time with their three dogs, Pepper, Polo, and Gracie.
